Jane is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer who has been helping clients get stronger and move better for over 6 years. She's specialized in helping those coming back from injuries and postpartum care learn how to get stronger in a safe and sustainable manner to have a lifelong fitness journey. Her mission is to help moms everywhere use exercise as a tool for self care so they can be well too. When she's not working with clients or working out, she's spending time with her husband Scott, and 3 school aged daughters. She loves running, reading and playing video games in her spare time.
