I’m going to teach you the basics of a strong squat with an

emphasis on the support muscles that help keep your knees,

hips, and your ankles strong. (Yes, even the muscles around

your ankles need strengthening.)

because it had gotten just too dang hard. 

 

Once I helped her connect with the right muscles and strengthen them, she was back to squatting low in no time, whether it was to pick up the laundry basket, or one of her small kiddos so close to the ground.
