All the Answers to your Questions about Personal Individualized Coaching

Who is this perfect for?

This is perfect for the momma who finally has the time and mental space to start getting workouts in. Our first meeting will be a movement assessment to determine where your starting point is, including going over your health history, injury history and exercise preference.

What’s the time commitment?

There will be 3 workouts a week from 45 minutes to an hour long, so about 3-4 hours out of your whole week, our weekly accountability sessions.

How will I access the workouts?

You’ll have access to your very own account in Trainerize, where you’ll see all your workouts prescheduled. All you have to do is click on the workout and hit “Start Now” to begin! All workouts have videos and cueing instructions along with recommended repetitions, sets, and rest time!

What if I miss a workout on a scheduled day?

You can easily go to your calendar, press, and hold on the workout and move it to the day you plan to do it. This is where we practice flexibility with our fitness journey. Sometimes our children get sick, or we must move our workout around due to a karate class or soccer game, and that’s okay! Notice we’re not skipping workouts but moving them around to fit our lifestyle and our very real priorities!

When will our weekly accountability check-ins be?

They’ll be at a mutally agreed upon time for 15-30 minutes weekly to go over any and all questions you may have. We’ll go over technique and brainstorm through any hurdles that may have come up throughout the week!

What tools will I need?

I’ll build your workouts with the tools you have but a few basic ones are: a foam roller,  looped bands, long bands, a pair of light and medium weights, along with a stability ball

Do I need to go to the gym to do the workouts?

These exercises can be done at home or at the gym if you have access to the equipment needed.

What if I haven’t worked out in SO long, will this be okay for me?

Yes! Individualized coaching is all about meeting you where you are at.

I have certain injuries, will it be okay?

If you’ve been cleared by your doctor or physical therapist to work out, it will be perfect for you! *If not, please check with your medical professional.*

What if I want to do other types of training, Pilates or CrossFit. Will this help?

Absolutely! Sometimes people jump into other types of training and feel more empowered after what they practiced in our time together (especially when it comes to technique and connecting with your body!)

How long do I have access to the trainings?
You’ll have access to them as long as you are subscribed to the program.

What’s the difference between the Individual Plan,  1:1 Personal Training plan, and the All In Program?

The Individual Plan is for seasoned lifters who don't need weekly check ins for accountability or technique. We meet once a month for a movement assessment and then I'll build out the program from there. 1:1 Personal Training is for those wanting more help specific to strength and accountability. Our primary focus will be on exercise technique and getting stronger. My All In program includes an individualized nutrition program about macronutrients and finding the right macro targets to support your strength and health goals along with the strength and conditioning portion.  W your goal is physique related or simply fueling well, this program is the total kickstarter to your health and fitness goals!

Do you have a money-back guarantee? How do I know it will work for me?
Yes! Two things: 1) I have a 100% money-back guarantee--if you complete every work out and show up to every call! If you do all the things required and still don’t feel like you got what you were looking out of fit, I’ll happily refund you your money!
